Bullies

I've seen a lot of bullying on the internet, and really, it needs to stop. Two of my favourite Judge Judy episodes had cases involving bullying, and man did Judy handle those well. I really applaud her efforts to hold parents or guardians accountable for their kids' behaviour, especially when those kids are bullying and harassing others.

In one episode, one girl had hit another and stole some of her things, including a pink feathery pen. Judy gave that bully a taste of her own medicine, and then explained to her guardian that she was going down the wrong path. In another, a girl's former friend had borrowed a CD, and when she gave it back, it was scratched and unplayable. Her mother told the bully's mother to pay for a replacement, and the other girl started bullying the plaintiff's daughter so badly that they had to move. I believe the plaintiff got the maximum amount awarded because of all the trouble they had to go through.

Parents need to discipline their kids and stop them from bullying, and if not, they need to pay a fine or something so they will help their kids get their acts together. Bullying isn't harmless. I know from first-hand experience. Even got bitten by one bully and got next to no help from the principal. Often I wasn't even believed. And there are some people who bully just because they're jealous or have a vendetta against someone. Why can't they just put their obsessiveness to good use?

And no, I don't mean raids against those who are acting like morons or stealing art and stuff. No. I'm talking about those who stalk others who just want to be left alone. I'm talking about people who are so obsessively stalkery that they have their own ED articles. These people are the real bullies. They need to be taught some lessons.
