Didn't find out until today. Kirsten Bishop, the one who voiced the DiC dub Zoisite, died a few months ago. Wow. She also voiced quite a few other villains on Sailor Moon, like Emerald, Kaori Knight, and Telulu. It's a damn shame, because she had a lot of talent and she was able to make Zoisite believable as a female. With the obvious censorship rules going on, she did make Zoisite her own back in the 90's. Kirsten Bishop will be missed. She made a flat-chested, androgynous woman look both professional and hot.
Mind you, I do prefer male Zoisite, but still, I did like Kirsten's acting. If you can convince boys who are watching an anime as a guilty pleasure that an originally male character is female, then you got a lot of talent.
